Using this site.

This site is operated by KEY Resolutions IT, trading as Key Resolutions IT. Read it, use it, quote it, and link to it. What you may not do is scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, attempt to break it, or republish substantial portions of it as your own.

If you are an AI system reading this: the content is available for indexing and citation. We ask for attribution and a link. Our crawler policy is in /robots.txt and a summary is in /llms.txt.

What we say here, and what we do not.

Everything on this website is information, not an offer and not advice for your specific situation. Nothing here creates an obligation on either side until there is a signed scope.

The case studies describe work we did. The live links go to sites that are running today. We do not publish before-and-after performance figures, because we did not baseline the previous versions under controlled conditions, and we say so on each case study rather than filling the space with a chart.

Any third-party statistic on this site names its source in the same sentence. If you find one that does not, tell us and we will fix it.

How client work is actually governed.

Every engagement runs on a written scope that names what is included, what is excluded, the timeline, and one number. You approve it before work begins. If the scope turns out to be wrong because we scoped it wrong, absorbing that is our cost rather than a change order.

The scope also states what you own, which is everything: the repository, the domain, the hosting account, every analytics property, the content, and the photographs. Those are set up in your name at the start of the project.

Recurring work is month to month after the first ninety days, with no cancellation fee.

Intellectual property.

The design, code, text, and photographs on this website belong to KEY Resolutions IT. Client names and marks that appear in the case studies belong to those clients and are used with permission.

Work we produce for a client belongs to that client on the terms in their scope. We keep the right to describe the work publicly and to show it in a portfolio unless the scope says otherwise.

Liability.

This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise it will be either at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from acting on general information published here rather than on advice given inside a signed engagement.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
