This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to make us delete it. If anything here is unclear, email contact@keyresolutionsit.com and a person will answer.
Who we are.

We are the controller of the personal information described on this page.
What we collect, and only when you give it to us.
When you fill in the form
Your name, your email address, your website address if you have one, roughly how many people work at your business, and which services you selected. The form handler stores the submission with the request's IP address, country, browser identifier, and referring page, which is how we tell a person from a bot. Nothing else, and we do not buy or append data from third parties.
When you just visit
Nothing, from us. This site keeps no visitor record of its own and runs no analytics script. Cloudflare, which serves the site, sees each request as any host does, including your IP address, and their privacy terms apply to that.
What we do not collect
We do not use session recording. We do not run advertising pixels by default. We do not track you across other websites. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it.
- To prepare and deliver the thing you asked for. Your written scope, or your call.
- To reply to you. Which is the only marketing use of your email address.
- To stop spam. A hidden form field, a timestamp, a per-address submission limit, and a bot check that never blocks a real person.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not send it anywhere that is not in this table.
How long we keep it.
- Form submissions: kept until you ask us to delete them. We have not set a fixed retention window yet; when we do, it will be written here.
- Client project records: for as long as we work together, plus the period our accountant requires afterwards.
What you can ask us to do.
Email contact@keyresolutionsit.com and ask for any of these. We will confirm that we have it and complete it within 30 days. We will not ask you why and we will not try to talk you out of it.
- Send me everything you hold about me.
- Correct something that is wrong.
- Delete everything you hold about me.
- Stop emailing me.
- Tell me who you shared it with.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or the European Economic Area, those rights apply and the same email address is how you use them.
Cookies.
This site sets no cookies and no browser storage keys of its own. Nothing remembers where you landed, nothing remembers a preference, and if you leave the form half finished nothing is kept. The bot check on the form is Cloudflare's, loads only when you reach the second step, and is covered by their privacy terms.
No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and nothing that follows you off this site.
Security.
Everything is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and stored on infrastructure with access limited to the three people who run this company. We will tell you directly and promptly if we ever have a breach that affects your information.
Changes to this page.
If we change this page we will note the change at the top of it. If the change is material, meaning we start collecting something new or sharing with someone new, that note stays up for at least 30 days.
